Cancel a subscription

In the app: Settings › Cancel subscription. Or on your iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Permit Leads: Building Permits › Cancel Subscription.

Restore a purchase on a new iPhone

Sign in with the same Apple ID, open the app, then Settings › Restore purchases.

Refunds

Apple issues refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com, or Settings › Request a refund in the app.

Withdraw from a contract (EU, EEA, UK)

Settings › Withdraw from contract here, within 14 days of buying. See the Terms.

Delete your data

Everything you enter is stored on your iPhone; deleting the app removes it. To delete purchase records we hold, email us. See the Privacy Policy.
