These terms apply to Hush: Baby Sleep Sounds, made by Himansh Raj. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If the two differ, these terms add to Apple's; they don't take away any right you have under law.
Free and paid features
Part of the app is free. Extra features are unlocked by a subscription bought through the App Store. The app shows exactly what each plan includes and its price before you buy.
Subscriptions
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- If a free trial is offered, you're charged only when the trial ends, at the price shown before you started it. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and length until you cancel. You're charged within 24 hours before each renewal.
- Cancel anytime: in the app (Settings › Cancel subscription) or on your iPhone (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- If we ever raise a price, Apple asks for your consent first where required, and we tell you in the app.
Refunds
Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or from the app (Settings › Request a refund).
Your right to withdraw (EU, EEA and UK)
You can withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. In the app use Withdraw from contract here in Settings, or email support@himansh.in with your name and the subscription. We confirm by email with the date and time we received it. Because Apple took the payment, the refund itself is issued by Apple; we'll point you to the right page.

The app gives general information only. It is not medical advice and doesn't replace a doctor. Always follow your doctor's guidance and official safety recommendations.
Fair use
Use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer it.
Liability
We work hard to keep the app reliable, but it's provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
